Meter Upgrades: Phase 1

RUSSELLVILLE EPB SERVICE NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS:

Beginning Monday, May 4th, our team will begin performing meter upgrades throughout our system to ensure continued reliability and improved service.

The work will be completed in four phases. Phase 1 will begin May 4th and is expected to continue for up to three weeks.

What to Expect:

Customers may experience a brief power interruption lasting approximately 2-5 minutes while upgrades are completed in your area.

Service Timing:

Due to the high volume of locations and the need to move efficiently, we are unable to provide specific dates or times for individual areas. This approach will allow us to complete the work as quickly as possible for the entire community.

Phase 1 Areas Include:

  • Nashville St

  • Daleview

  • North Main (Cornelius Ave to Cablevision Rd)

  • areas of Newtown Rd

  • areas of North Morgan

  • Morgantown Rd (north of bypass)

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to improve your service. Our goal is to complete these upgrades quickly and minimize any inconvenience.
