Dear EPB Customers,

Beginning October 1, 2025 a rate increase will be reflected on your monthly statements.  Due to the inflation and rising costs of material, transportation and labor, the Russellville EPB will implement a 1% rate increase, spread equally to all of our customer rate classes.  Russellville EPB always works hard to keep electric costs as low as possible, however; to provide safe, reliable service - while continuing to operate efficiently - these increases are inevitable.

We realize that this is a difficult time, and rising costs of everything around us crucially affects our families and businesses. Please understand, although we are not immune from these cost increases, we are committed to the best interests of our customers and working to minimize these impacts.
