1. Accessibility Features
Our phone services, powered by Momentum Telecom, offer a variety of native accessibility features designed to enhance the user experience:
-
Audio & Communication: We provide native TTY support for deaf, hard-of-hearing, or speech-impaired individuals. Our platforms (including Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex) support closed captioning, live transcription, and audio muting controls.
-
Visual & Display: Customers can utilize font adjustment, screen content magnification, and high-contrast color modes.
-
Navigation: Our services support keyboard navigation, shortcuts, and screen reader compatibility.
2. Compatibility with Assistive Technology
We offer a diverse selection of communication devices from manufacturers such as Cisco, HP Poly, and Yealink. These devices are compatible with peripheral equipment commonly used by individuals with disabilities, and our services are designed to work seamlessly with the native accessibility features of your existing laptops, smartphones, and personal devices.
3. Consultation and Feedback
While we rely on the extensive consultations performed by our third-party platform providers (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) during their product development, we value direct feedback from our customers. We use customer inquiries to improve our services and document these efforts as part of our annual FCC compliance.
