Russellville EPB has been made aware that someone is going door-to-door in our community claiming to be affiliated with EPB and stating our service teams are delayed. They further claim they are approved to install our customers' internet for a fee of $100. THIS IS NOT TRUE. As we have indicated many times in the past, we would NOT have anyone represent our utility in this manner. DO NOT give money or let anyone inside your home making this claim. Always contact us directly at (270) 726-2466 if you have questions regarding the legitimacy of someone stating they represent the EPB. If you encounter this individual, please report it immediately to local authorities and to us. Your safety is our priority.
