Information to Customer Policy
Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to support transparency by providing EPB customers with access to electric rates and
service-related practices. This policy will be applied without regard of race, color, creed, sex, national origin, or marital
status.
Provision of Information:
Russellville EPB shall make available to consumer, upon request, information on current electric rates applicable and
current service practice policies. Requests for information may be made in person at the EPB office, by telephone,
mail, or by emailing csr@epbnet.com.
Information pertaining to a consumer’s monthly kilowatt-hour consumption for the prior twelve (12) month period will
be provided upon request if it is reasonably ascertainable. If such information is provided in a single statement form,
no charge will be made for this service. If such information is provided to any party other than consumer, a charge may
be made for this service.
Russellville EPB, as it determines appropriate, will utilize channels such as mail, newsletter, newspaper, radio, social
media, and EPB SmartNet website to inform consumers about electric rates and service policies.
