Russellville EPB Smartnet (EPB) is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for an
overhead distribution line mitigation project to increase system capacity and reliability. The work
consists of the installation, replacement, or reframing of approximately 11 poles and the
reconductoring of approximately 3,000 feet of 3-phase 336 ACSR conductor. For more
