There are a few possibilities that could make you believe you are having issues with your internet connection.

Helpful tips on troubleshooting your internet​
1. Verify that other devices in the home are also experiencing no internet connection.
2. Investigate your router/ ONT.
-Does it have power?
-Is the Ethernet Cable plugged into the WAN port?
-Are the Service and Broadband Lights green?
