Internet Troubleshoot Guide

There are a few possibilities that could make you believe you are having issues with your internet connection.

Below you will find some useful resources for testing your connection.

Helpful tips on troubleshooting your internet​

1. Verify that other devices in the home are also experiencing no internet connection.

2. Investigate your router/ ONT.

     -Does it have power?

     -Is the Ethernet Cable plugged into the WAN port? 

     -Are the Service and Broadband Lights green?

3. If the answer to all of those is YES. Please give us a call so that we can assist further!

Just experiencing slow speeds? Run the speedtest below to verify your connection.
