INFORMATION TO CONSUMERS POLCIY
The Distributor shall make available to consumer, upon request, information on current electric rates applicable and current service practice policies. Requests for information may be made in person at any office of the Distributor, by telephone, or by mail.
Information pertaining to a consumer’s monthly kilowatt-hour consumption for the prior twelve (12) month period will be provided upon request if it is reasonably ascertainable. If such information is provided in a single statement form, no charge will be made for this service. If such information is provided to any party other than consumer, a charge may be made for this service.
The Distributor, as it determines appropriate, will utilize channels such as mail, newsletter, newspaper, radio, and television to inform consumers about electric rates and service policies.
