How Do I Access My Account?

When you signed up for the program, an account was created for you at www.myusage.com. This website gives you access to detailed information regarding your Pay As You Go service.

To login to your MyUsage account go to www.myusage.com:

  • Login using your email address

  • Enter "password" for the password. 

You will be asked to change your password at the first login session.

How do I add money to my account?

There are 3 ways you may add money to your PayAsYouGo account:

  1. Pay at the EPB office M-F from 7:30-4:00 ($20 minimum)

  2. www.epbnet.com, Use "Pay My Bill" option

  3. Call 866-281-2435, then choose option #1

 

You may pay online or by phone using a credit or debit card, or by initiating an electric funds transfer from your savings or checking account. You will need your 12 digit EPB account number.

It is not recommended that you make payments to your account using the night deposit or drive-thru, because there may be a delay in crediting the payment to your account. Payments made using the website or automated phone system are credited to your account within minutes.

Any returned payment for non-sufficient funds will be deducted immediately from the customer’s account balance as well as a $25 return item fee. If this causes the account to go into a negative balance, the service may be turned off the following morning.
